Summary

Makes the license conditions explicit: personal project, not meant for production use, not endorsed or supported by Cisco (or Splunk).

  • README: warning banner at the top, next to the Apache-2.0 notice.
  • SUPPORT.md: rewritten (not for production, not endorsed/supported by Cisco or Splunk, unofficial API, no warranty, best-effort issues).
  • SKILL.md: new Status section, which ships in the .skill archive and is seen by the agent; it tells the agent to flag review-before-production when output feeds a production system.
  • Patch bump to 2.1.1 (SKILL.md ships) across SKILL.md, both scripts and CHANGELOG.
  • New test fails if README, SUPPORT.md or SKILL.md lose the statement.

The Apache-2.0 LICENSE text is unchanged; the notice sits beside it rather than modifying it.

Test plan

  • 97 offline tests pass; shellcheck and ruff clean
  • CI green
  • After merge: tag v2.1.1

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

Not endorsed or supported by Cisco or Splunk. Added to the README banner,
SUPPORT.md and a Status section in SKILL.md (which ships in the .skill
archive), with a test that keeps all three in place.
