A client resolving a did:webvh DID MAY choose to use a watcher as the source of data about a did:webvh DID, rather than resolving the DID’s HTTPS location to retrieve the DID Log. See the specification section Witnesses and Watchers for information about did:webvh and watchers.
The following anchor https://identity.foundation/didwebvh/v1.0/#witnesses-and-watchers does not exist as such and leads to nowhere.
Instead I think the anchor would rather be bound to either section 3.7.8 https://identity.foundation/didwebvh/v1.0/#did-witnesses, or section 3.7.9 https://identity.foundation/didwebvh/v1.0/#did-watchers, or both in a split link.
I seem to have found the information I was after but not with a straightforward path.
