Load the local plugin explicitly with --plugin-dir and document namespaced commands. Link the existing fictional worked example near the opening. Add distribution and broken-link checks with negative fixtures, CI, maintenance requirements and security reporting.
Validation: two distribution tests and secret scan passed. No model or external account access required for these checks.
