Fix blurry WebTigerPython icon

apple-touch-icon.png was only 180x180, so the theme's responsive
image pipeline was upscaling it, causing blur. Render the vector
mask-icon.svg at high resolution instead (also fixing its
height/viewBox mismatch and restoring the black mark-bg shape).
