[ENHANCEMENT]: Improve empty state UI for "No books found" in Library #480

Current Behavior

When users have no books in their library, the empty state shows plain text: "No books found here. Your search for adventure continues..." with no visual elements or clear call-to-action.

Suggested Improvement

Add a visually engaging empty state with:

• SVG illustration (open book or empty bookshelf)
• Better typography and spacing
• "Discover Books" CTA button with hover effect
• Subtle fade-in animation

Benefits

• More engaging for new users
• Encourages book exploration
• Professional look and feel
• Better first impression

Possible Implementation

• Create/source SVG illustration
• Improve text hierarchy
• Add styled CTA button linking to discovery page
• Add CSS fade-in animation
• Ensure mobile responsiveness
