Theme toggle ignores SafeStorage #499
Description
ThemeManager in app.js uses localStorage directly while the rest of the app uses SafeStorage (IndexedDB fallback). Align theme persistence with SafeStorage for consistency.

hey @devanshi14malhotra i'd like to work on this issue under GSSoC 2026!
i can work on the theme toggle logic and aligjn it with SafeStorage...could you please assign it to me?
