[ENHANCEMENT]: Integrating the separately being called footer of index.html by calling footer.js in it. #529

Current Behavior

Currently a footer is being generated via hardcoding in the index.html file.

Suggested Improvement

There is a footer.js file which constructs the footer.js file which constructs footer upon calling it.

Like in chat.html footer is also called in others and not being called in index.html instead it is being manually written.

My plan -

1. Improve the footer.js file as per the index.html enhanced footer.
2. Integrate it overall in the website + all route pages.

Benefits

All to improve the overall consistency of the codebase.
