This PR optimizes the contributor refresh automation workflow by reducing unnecessary executions and improving contributor data consistency.

Changes Made

• Updated the GitHub Actions workflow to run once daily at 12:00 AM IST.
• Removed the push trigger to prevent unnecessary workflow runs and automated commits.
• Updated the landing page refresh message to reflect the new schedule.
• Improved contributor data fetching to avoid stale browser cache and ensure the latest contributor information is displayed after workflow execution.
