Fix: Custom Pencil Cursor Not Visible on Contribution Page

What was happening?

The custom pencil cursor animation was only visible on the homepage. When users navigated to the Contribution page, the custom cursor component was not rendered, causing the default browser cursor to appear.

What I changed

• Moved the custom cursor component to a shared layout/root component so it remains mounted across all routes.
• Ensured cursor event listeners stay active during page navigation.
• Verified that the Contribution page does not override cursor styles with conflicting CSS.
• Maintained existing cursor animation behavior and performance.

Result

• Custom pencil cursor is now visible on both the homepage and Contribution page.
• Cursor behavior remains consistent across route transitions.
• No visual regressions observed on other pages.

• Contribution page: Default cursor displayed

After

• Homepage: Custom pencil cursor visible
• Contribution page: Custom pencil cursor visible

Testing

• Tested cursor behavior on Homepage.
• Tested cursor behavior on Contribution page.
• Verified smooth cursor animation after navigation between routes.
• Confirmed responsive behavior across different screen sizes.

This PR resolves the UI inconsistency reported in the issue and improves the overall user experience by maintaining a consistent custom cursor across the application.
