Improved the Privacy Policy page with a modern, responsive, and accessible layout to better match the overall BiblioDrift design system.

Redesigned the page structure with a cleaner modern UI
Improved typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy
Added responsive layout for mobile and tablet devices
Added sticky sidebar navigation with section anchors
Improved accessibility using semantic HTML and ARIA-friendly structure
Added breadcrumb navigation and skip links
Added hover effects, transitions, and enhanced card styling
Added better metadata and SEO enhancements
Improved button consistency and interactive elements
Added “Last Updated” section and structured privacy content
