Add billboard support for LOD export

Love this tool and the LOD export option. Any plans to add a generated billboard LOD level to the export? Something with just a couple flat front/left/top planes and a rendered image of the tree from those angles? We are looking to create some trees that work well at a distance on lower-end mobile devices.

I'm also happy to take a stab at opening a PR for this, if this is something that is of interest to others.

Are you talking about octahedral imposters, or just rendering a few isometric views?

PNG export is already supported (as you probably know), so it wouldn't be a huge lift to implement rendering multiple images from multiple angles.

If you want to take a stab at the PR I'd be happy to review—I don't have time myself at the moment to dedicate to this.

I would allow the user to pick the angular spacing between images (4 spaced 90 degrees apart, 6 spaced 60 degrees, etc.) to make it more flexible. Octahedral imposters would probably be the best solution but it can be memory hungry at higher resolutions.

Originally, I was planning for simple multi-quad billboards, but ended up going with octahedral imposters. I have a separate tool which takes the 3 LODs as input and then auto-generates the impostor textures. I can try and extract the functionality I added for it and add it to this repo soon.
