feat: Add Dynamic ATS Score Breakdown Dashboard in AI-Resume_Analyzer (#5977)

### Summary
Implemented a dynamic ATS Score Breakdown Dashboard that provides
category-wise insights into resume performance. Previously, the Resume
Insights progress bars displayed fixed values regardless of the uploaded
resume. This enhancement makes the breakdown responsive to each analysis
by updating category scores dynamically based on the generated ATS
score.

- Added a dynamic ATS Score Breakdown system for:
  - Technical Skills
  - Projects
  - Communication
  - Experience

- Replaced static progress values with dynamically generated category
scores.

- Updated progress bar widths automatically whenever a new resume
analysis is performed.

- Added percentage indicators beside each category for better score
visibility.

- Improved transparency of ATS evaluation by providing a category-level
breakdown instead of only displaying a single overall ATS score.

- Enhanced user experience by making Resume Insights react to uploaded
resumes rather than showing the same fixed values every time.
