bug: Search filter is case-sensitive for tech stack #10478
Description
When users type "JAVASCRIPT" or "React" into the search bar, projects that are tagged with lowercase "javascript" or "react" are not showing up correctly if the matching is strictly case-sensitive in certain functions.
Steps to Reproduce
Go to the project dashboard.
Type "REACT" in the tech stack filter.
Observe that no projects are returned, despite React projects existing.
Expected Behavior
The search input should be converted to lowercase before comparing it with the tags in projects.json.
Thank you for raising this issue! We'll look into it as soon as possible. Please ensure that the issue is not duplicate, and you read CONTRIBUTING.md carefully. Your contributions are highly appreciated! 😊
The search filter is already case-insensitive for the tech stack using .toLowerCase() in the Main branch. Closing this issue as it is already resolved!
