This doesn't have option of FORGOT password when we forget our password
which causes major problem of accessing again
Due to which we can never ever edit or delete that particular note
so I can change it

Hi @Pratik-Bavche and @Manasa-Patil , I’d love to work on this under GSSoC 2026 Contributor.

This is an important usability issue since users who forget their password currently have no recovery path, which can permanently lock them out from accessing, editing, or deleting their notes.

I’d like to implement a proper forgot password / password reset flow so users can securely recover access to their accounts instead of losing them permanently.

If this issue is open, please assign it to me. I can start working on it right away and raise a PR soon.

Since I have experience in MERN stack (Node.js/Express/MongoDB), I can implement a secure Password Reset flow using Nodemailer for email verification.
