feat: Add contributors leaderboard by project count (#7959)

📝 Description

This PR implements a visual Contributors Leaderboard ordered by project count on the contributors page, satisfying the GSSoC feature request.

Key Changes:

1. Registry & Schema Validation:
   • Added the contributor property as a required field in schema/projects.schema.json.
   • Populated the contributor field for all 242 existing projects in projects.json using Git commit history.
   • Updated validate-metadata.js and validate-projects-fixture.js to enforce this schema validation.
2. UI & Styles:
   • Built a Top 3 Podium layout in contributor.html with custom Gold, Silver, and Bronze highlights.
   • Appended CSS styling in contributor.css featuring glassmorphism, floating animation badges, hover glows, and mobile responsiveness.
   • Rendered ranks 4+ in a grid list with a customizable "Show All Ranks" toggle button.
3. Project Maintainer Highlight:
   • Programmatically highlighted the repository owner/maintainer (dhairyagothi) on the leaderboard card and list row with a special glowing "Maintainer" badge.

Hi @dhairyagothi, I've updated the PR with two features to solve this:

1. Protection: The validation script now compares changes against the Main branch and fails if someone tries to modify an existing project's contributor.
2. Audit Tool: Added a script (npm run audit:contributors) that scans git history for each project path and reports mismatches, so you can easily verify who built what.
