Authentication of user through android's account manager.

This improvement will allow to use more android's features.

Update
Using account manager will give more control to user (for example, user will be able to manage DHIS2 accounts from system settings). Also, AccountManager implementation allows to use Android's SyncAdapter for syncing with server.

I would like to enhance this. But I can't figure out what exactly is required ?
Do you want to fetch the username/ email automatically of the google account ? Login through google credentials ? Make a new Registration button and section ?
