chore: trigger docs deploy after re-linking the Vercel Git integration

The Vercel project's Git connection broke when the repo moved from
JudiniLabs to diffbot (the Vercel GitHub App is installed per-org), so
pushes stopped producing deployments silently — no failed builds, just
nothing. Production served 615ca6a from 2026-03-16 while main had moved
15 commits ahead, leaving the htttp:// typo fix (#468, merged 2026-05-01)
and the 3.24.65 Azure page rewrite un-deployed.

This empty commit exists to verify the reconnected webhook fires.
