`-a` breaks connection to https servers on the same network

On #26 atahanacar reported that https connection to locally hosted servers broken with -a option. At first, I thought it was a loopback interface, but the actual situation were connecting to another server on the local network. This appears to be a bug in the hop count inference logic.

Until the hop count inference is fixed, launching dpibreak with this will exclude LAN traffic from it:
