Doesn't compile with recent library versions

Do you know which library versions were used to compile this? I'm unable to get it to compile with the most recent NimBLE-Arduino library, and it's having some problems with the latest esp_task_wdt as well.

We will update this example to be compatible with the latest idf/arduino core. Used to compile it on arduino v2.x and idf v4.x
