How to enable HEIC encoding on Windows with Magick.NET?

Hi,

I'm developing a program to convert image format on Windows, and I got this exception when I tried write HEIC with Magick.NET:

ImageMagick.MagickMissingDelegateErrorException:“no encode delegate for this image format `HEIC' @ error/constitute.c/WriteImage/1424”

So, is that any method to enable Magick.NET encoding HEIC? I searched online and it seems that installing libheif will help solving this problem, but how to install exactly? I'm not familiar with both Magick.NET and libheif currently.

I'm using Magick.NET-Q16 on Windows 10 x64.

You doing something wrong, heic conversion works out of the box

Maybe there is a misunderstanding. I'm trying to convert images to HEIC format (write HEIC to file), not to read HEIC images or convert them to other formats.

That is not supported due to licensing issues. The only supported "heic output format" is avif.
