What happened?

Scheduler "Schedule Start Date/Time" picker fills in invalid date

Steps to reproduce?

1. Set scheduler "Schedule Start Date/Time" date and time.

Current Behavior

Fills in with NaN.

Expected Behavior

Fills in with selected date/time.
