Add `pull` to the list of kwargs to pass to create and run

Hello, could you guys add "pull" to the lists RUN_CREATE_KWARGS or RUN_HOST_CONFIG_KWARGS so we can start/create a container with the pull-policy set?

I'd like to work on this issue and investigate adding support for the pull argument in the appropriate kwargs list while maintaining compatibility with the current API behavior.

Hi @jorgeecardona ! I have opened PR #3406 implementing support for the pull option in container create/run APIs.

The change includes tests covering argument handling, API parameter propagation, and pull="never" behavior.
