Reduce website/ to the docs content and the config schema generator

The docs at the-guild.dev/graphql/codegen are now built and served by
the-guild-org/website, which fetches this folder at build time. The
Next.js/Nextra app that used to render them here is gone, and what
remains is laid out as if it had been content-only from the start:

The Nextra conventions were applied to the MDX once: _meta.ts became
meta.json plus sidebarTitle frontmatter, shim imports and component
markers are gone, getStaticProps options became isDev/hasOperationsNote
frontmatter, the leading H1 became the title, and code fences use
title=. The plugin registry and config-type list are plain JSON instead
of TypeScript modules with Next.js imports. Category comes from the
page's folder; the drifted category-to-packages module is dropped.

The schema generator resolves workspace packages through the root
tsconfig paths, so it no longer needs the packages built first, and its
output is byte-identical to the committed schema. Per-plugin Config API
Reference docs are rendered by the website from the schema, so the
markdown docs generator is gone too. The website package keeps only the
external plugin packages whose typings the schema reads, plus the
workspace ones it reads from source.

Removed with the app: the Cloudflare Pages deploy workflow (the site is
no longer deployed from here), the route-lockfile integrity check, the
npm-info fetch (the website does that itself), fonts, components, the
live demo, and the Next/Tailwind config. Editor schema path, ESLint
overrides, .prettierignore and .gitignore entries follow.
