I see some update opportunities to float for the overview. This pass is part of the ✨ Blazorfication™ ✨ work being performed for #34356. For two things, let's .....

• Simplify some of this content and focus on fundamentals for readers, given that this is a very early article in the ToC for consumption.
• Drop the terrible INCLUDES versioning (and broken links). 😄
