When COMPUTER_NETWORK changes after a desktop/server restart, a previously stopped owned Computer still has its old Docker/Podman NetworkMode. Before this patch, ensure() returned the new DNS URL without changing its network, making Computer unusable. Inspect the actual network mode, refuse changing a still-running container (fail closed), and replace only the stopped owned container with v:false; named browser profile, workspace and quarantine volumes are preserved. Add pure Docker/Podman network-mode comparisons and a conditional real Docker lifecycle regression covering a live refusal followed by Stop -> network change -> Wake, stable named volume creation times and correct returned URL. Branch based on exact verified RC after PR #193. Requires CI verification; do not merge PR #30 or claim live Windows tested.

CI follow-up (2026-10-08): run 37773747816 verified the real supervisor Docker lifecycle suite ran all 16 cases and passed, but overall verify failed because the Microsoft Agent Framework Anthropic-endpoint regression patched httpx after the Anthropic SDK migrated to httpx2. Commit 2641f52d4faa2c944a943f38b97c98f75b9138cd updates the test transport interception to httpx2 so synthetic credentials are not sent to a real endpoint. Revalidation: CI run 37787164921 — pending at comment time. Do not merge until tests, Python harness and aggregate verify pass on that exact HEAD. PR #30 remains open.
