Licensor grants you a license to the Software under the Permissive License (as defined below)
effective on the Change Date (as defined below).

Prior to the Change Date, Licensor grants you a license to the Software under the
Functional Source License, Version 1.1, (the "Standard License"), but with the
following condition: the Permitted Purpose is any purpose other than a Competing Use.

"Competing Use" means making the Software available to others in a commercial product or service
that: (i) substitutes for the Software; (ii) substitutes for any other product or service
Licensor offers using the Software; or (iii) is otherwise a direct competitor to the
Software or other Clear Mirror LLC offerings.

"Change Date" means 2028-01-20.

"Permissive License" means the Apache License, Version 2.0.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

   "Licensor" means the entity offering the license to the Software.
   "Software" means the source code, object code, and documentation made available under this license.

2. License Grant
   Subject to the terms and conditions of this License, Licensor hereby grants you a
   worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, copyright license to reproduce,
   prepare derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and
   distribute the Software and such derivative works.

3. Conditions
   A.  Reference. You must include a copy of this license with every copy of the Software.
   B.  Redistribution. You may redistribute the Software and derivative works thereof,
       provided that:
       (i) You meet the conditions of this license; and
       (ii) You include a copy of this license with every copy of the Software.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty
   THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
