dime-next-note (?) creates window 1 line high

That purple line is the ONLY line in my .dylan file after typing C-x ` . I don't know if this is standard Emacs lossage or if this is something DIME is doing itself. Needs to be investigated because 1-line buffers aren't all that useful.
