Android API upgrade cleanup

Cleanup tasks of #1137

• properly apply changes to /resources directory when merging API upgrades PR on both public and internal repos
• remove import edu.berkeley.eecs.emission.*;

@shankari Can you clarify what you mean by "pulling the changes from the branch in the PR deleted the resources directory"? I don't see changes to the resources directory anywhere
Can you also clarify which branch you created a patch from? There are two native upgrade PRs on e-mission-phone
e-mission/e-mission-phone#1212 and e-mission/e-mission-phone#1213

e-mission/e-mission-phone#1213 is an artifact of an investigation into why some of the checks were not running; it can be closed

Note that the upstream (and my fork) have the following structure for the resources directory

$ ls -1 resources/
app_store_icon_1024_1024.png
icon.png
README.md
splash.png

But the internal repo has all the icons and splash images at different sizes

$ ls -1 resources/
android
app_store_icon_1024_1024.png
icon.png
ios
README.md
splash.png

In the internal repo, when I did git pull shankari-repo upgrade_native_2025 to build the app, it deleted the android and ios directories, so the build failed.

I suspect this is because my local fork has not been sufficiently synced to upstream after syncing from upstream, I readded the icons internally

    All the icons we need for the build
    
    The main one is `resources/icon.png`
    The others can be recreated by calling `npx ionic cordova resources`, but let's
    have them committed in case we choose to stop using ionic in the future.

So when we pull from upstream, it knows that the icons are needed and does not delete them. But when I pull from the fork, it thinks that they were intentionally deleted and deletes them
