Reorganize repo

At the moment the src folder contains both source files and test files which is likely due to its origin being a maven project.

I propose to move

• all contents of src/test to spec
• all contents of src/main/xar-resources to src

We have test almost everywhere else, I would stick with test

Moving it up is fine
