docs: README hero + demo screenshots, repo topics, licensing-label fix - #176

Add a hero image, a molecule-read screenshot, and the 3D flavor-space map (on real MW x logP x TPSA axes, colored by taste & aroma with all 24 aroma + 6 taste classes labelled) to the top of the README so the front page shows what the tool does at a glance. …attestation The app footer labelled ChemTastesDB 'academic, cited' — misleadingly cautious, since the dataset deposit is CC BY 4.0 (commercial use OK with attribution), which DATA-SOURCES.md already states. Fix the footer badge to 'CC BY 4.0'. Add a dated commercial-clean attestation to DATA-SOURCES: independently re-verified (ChemTastesDB CC-BY-4.0 on Zenodo, SweetenersDB MIT on GitHub; PubChem/HSDB/Tox21/FDA-SAF public domain); no NonCommercial data ships in the commercial edition.
