feat(ui): shareable deep-link + copy-link for a molecule read (A) - #178

A read now updates the URL to ?q=<molecule> (a shareable snapshot); loading ?q=<molecule> opens straight into that read; and a 'Copy link' button in the modal copies the URL (with a 'Copied!' confirmation). Closing the modal clears the query. First of the A demo/pitch features. Verified with Playwright: ?q=vanillin auto-opens the modal, URL reflects the molecule, Copy link works.
