A collapsible explainer under the tour chips, for anyone (a pitch audience especially) who wants to know how the read is produced β€” and where it's honest about its limits.

Six cards:

  1. Structure β†’ numbers β€” Morgan fingerprint + physicochemical descriptors.
  2. Taste β€” six RandomForest heads (scored by held-out CV-AUROC) + sour/salty rules + a sweetness-intensity regressor.
  3. Aroma β€” 24 odor heads from public-domain text, each kept only above CV-AUROC β‰₯ 0.70, presence-not-intensity.
  4. Honest by design β€” measured/predicted/estimate tagging; data-gates that light up with the customer's data.
  5. Formulation, not just molecules β€” points at the Formulation Studio (Formulation Studio β€” read a whole recipe before you pourΒ #183).
  6. On-prem & commercial-clean β€” no cloud calls in a read; clean-licensed training data.

Links to docs/HOW-IT-WORKS.md, docs/DATA-SOURCES.md, docs/AROMA.md. Verified live with Playwright (collapse/expand, all six cards, no JS errors).

Closes the demo-features epic #179.

A collapsible, pitch-friendly panel under the tour chips: structure->numbers,
the six taste heads + two rules, the 24 odor heads with their honest AUROC bar,
the measured/predicted/estimate tagging and data-gates, the Formulation Studio,
and the on-prem / commercial-clean posture. Points to the deeper docs.

Closes the demo-features epic (#179).
