fix(aroma): rename underscore heads to concatenated form - #220

clary_sage -> clarysage, black_pepper -> blackpepper, violet_leaf ->
violetleaf, matching the other multi-word heads (grapefruit, blackberry,
honeysuckle, frankincense). Head keys only; the human keyword cues ('clary
sage', 'black pepper', 'violet leaf') are unchanged. Model files + manifest +
enrichment regenerated with the new names (private, not in repo).

Renames the three underscore-named aroma heads to the concatenated style used by every other multi-word head (grapefruit, blackberry, honeysuckle, frankincense):
clary_sage→clarysageblack_pepper→blackpepperviolet_leaf→violetleafHead keys only — the human keyword cues ("clary sage", "black pepper", "violet leaf") are unchanged. Model files, manifest, and enrichment table were regenerated with the new names (private, not in repo). App verified serving 164 heads live with the new names, zero underscores.
