…o known taste') Most aroma molecules carry no DOCUMENTED taste, so neighbor/substitute cards read 'no known taste' even when the molecule clearly has a taste. Surface the model's PREDICTED taste heads (score >= 0.5) from the profile index as outline chips marked with a dot, alongside any documented tastes. E.g. ethyl vanillin now shows 'bitter •' instead of 'no known taste'. Predicted chips are clearly distinguished from documented (solid) so nothing over-claims.
