The fixed JSON contract the .NET API exposes and the React workbench consume — derived from training/predict.py so both sides build against one source of truth. Covers /health, /predict (full taste/behavior/safety read with confidence tiers), and /substitutes. Unblocks the api and ui work to proceed in parallel.
