Records the aroma-data licensing reality: Pyrfume's MIT = code only (data keeps its own license), restricted odor sets excluded; the Zenodo Leffingwell set is CC-BY-NC (research-only) but PMP 2001 is commercially licensable (~$2,775) — the affordable path to a clean rich aroma model. Clean interim = aggregate CC-BY academic sets. Plus a CONTRIBUTING note that we are not accepting external contributions (closed team project).

Aroma data: Pyrfume's repo MIT covers code/curation only (each dataset keeps its
own license; Pyrfume itself says check per-dataset + runs a takedown model), so the
restricted odor sets (Leffingwell/GoodScents/Flavornet/FlavorDB/FooDB) stay
excluded. Record the affordable commercial path: the Zenodo Leffingwell set is
CC-BY-NC (research-only) but derives from Leffingwell's PMP 2001 database, which is
commercially licensable (~$2,775); license it + re-curate for a clean rich aroma
model, or have clients license it on-prem. Clean interim = aggregate CC-BY academic
sets (keller_2016 etc.).

Also add a CONTRIBUTING note that this is a closed team project not accepting
external contributions.
