Surface per-head CV-AUROC on the taste meters - #86

train_taste.py writes taste_models/manifest.json with each head's held-out AUROC (sweet 0.95, bitter 0.95, umami 0.99, sour 0.90) + intensity R2. predict.py loads it and returns taste_meta; the workbench shows '· AUROC 0.95' beside predicted taste scores (not measured ground truth), mirroring the aroma descriptors.
