Automate dependency updates for GitHub Actions, Python dependencies managed by uv, and pre-commit hooks, keeping routine updates grouped by ecosystem.
Add
.github/dependabot.ymlwith weekly checks at the repository root for all three ecosystems. Group all dependencies within each ecosystem into one pull request and use ecosystem-specific Conventional Commit prefixes:chore(github-actions),chore(uv), andchore(pre-commit).Closes #120
