Adds the S-CORE agent-context devcontainer feature to s-core-devcontainer.

What it does:

  • Installs graphify-codegraph MCP server from v0.2.0
  • Registers it for coding agents (Claude Code, Copilot CLI, opencode, Codex)
  • Provides graph-based code understanding capabilities

Why:

  • Enables AI agents to understand code structure
  • Facilities call chain analysis, dependency tracking
  • Evaluated in eclipse-score/mcp-servers@feat/evaluation-harness-f14

Feature source: ghcr.io/eclipse-score/mcp-servers/agent-context:0

Impact: Passive - no runtime cost unless agents use it

Adds the S-CORE agent-context devcontainer feature which provides
graph-based code understanding for AI coding agents.

Feature: ghcr.io/eclipse-score/mcp-servers/agent-context:0
Version: v0.2.0 from eclipse-score/mcp-servers

The feature is passive - it only installs graphify-codegraph when
the container builds, then agents can optionally use it for code
structure queries. No impact unless explicitly invoked.

…pse-score#57)

The agent-context feature now installs its own dependencies (python3 and uv)
rather than failing if they're not present. This makes the feature:

- More portable and self-contained
- Work regardless of feature installation order
- Follow devcontainer feature best practices

Fixes eclipse-score/devcontainer#178
