Pedestrian Crossing

I am trying to make pedestrians cross from west towwards east, I don't have any data of which way pedestrians came to reach west side, but I have the count of pedestrians that cross from west to east and same for other sides, how do I do that in sumo?like in vissim you create pedestrains areas and then coonect them through a link to make pedestrians cross that.

• in order fro crossings to work, the road corner needs a sidewalk and the vehicular lanes must explicitly disallow 'pedestrian' (both can be accomplished at the same time with the lane-context menu 'lane operation->add restricted lane->sidewalk'). • you can define pedestrian flows similar to vehicle flows: https://sumo.dlr.de/docs/Specification/Persons.html#repeated_persons_personflows They are able to use any edge in either direction if so you can define edges "A B" as well as "B A". The crossings to be used are picked automatically based on context and traffic light states at runtime.
