A pool.query() that timed out waiting for a connection kept its place in the wait queue, so a later request failed at once with ConnectionPoolTooBusyException although nothing was waiting, and the queue metric stayed inflated. The timer now cancels the waiter before failing the request, like getConnection() does. The test runs against PostgreSQL with a pool of one connection and a wait queue of one.

A pool query that timed out waiting for a connection kept its place in the
wait queue, so later requests could be rejected by maxWaitQueueSize.
