How I worked on this project

My goal was to simulate a proper usage of an API endpoint(GitHub API) and learn more about reducers.

How to navigate this project

Why I built the project this way

  • Chakra UI is a great component library, for fast development.
  • My main goal is to become a front end developer. That's why I decided to use an existing API rather to create a custom backend server.

If I had more time I would change this

  • Set up continuous integration to run ESLint and Husky before commiting/pushing/pulling.

Available Scripts

npm start

Runs the app in the development mode.

Open http://localhost:3000 to view it in your browser.

npm run build

Builds the app for production to the build folder.

Acknowledgements

  • Inspired by Brad Traversy from react front to back course project
