Expand free music production resources and learning paths

Producers need a usable route from a first idea to a released track when their budget is zero. This adds 56 distinct resources with a legitimate no-cost path, plus a “Make and Finish a Track” guide connecting tools, lessons, sounds, and release guidance.

• 4 recording and composition tools: OpenMPT, Qtractor, plugdata, and SuperCollider.
• 17 instrument, effect, and analysis resources, including entire collections from Blue Cat, Full Bucket Music, Klanghelm, LSP, MeldaProduction, and Xfer.
• 14 theory, songwriting, ear-training, recording, mixing, synthesis, and acoustics learning resources.
• 9 sound and instrument libraries, including SampleRadar, Pianobook, FreePats, BBC Symphony Orchestra Discover, SINEfactory, Sonniss, and VSCO 2 Community Edition.
• 9 rights, identifiers, distribution, and artist-release resources, plus 3 community and discovery resources.

Descriptions distinguish permanent free editions from paid upgrades, sample licenses from software licenses, free Kontakt Player compatibility from paid Kontakt requirements, and no-upfront-fee distribution from revenue sharing. Regional royalty services are identified as U.S.-specific. New entries have stable IDs and controlled metadata; no automated check is labeled as human review.

Creative Resources gains navigation links and remains at 52 resources. Existing resource entries and IDs are preserved. Existing DAWs, synths, Tokyo Dawn effects, Open Music Theory, and other overlapping resources are connected through the guide rather than duplicated.

Curation excluded temporary trials, redundant listings, and candidates whose access or reuse terms could not be established. TAL-Chorus-LX and TAL-NoiseMaker were deferred because their official pages returned 404 during the final direct checks.

Validation on the proposed tree:

• Collection validator; all 161 dependency-free tests.
• Pinned Awesome Lint 2.3.0 workflow wrapper for all three affected resource lists; the hub is excluded by the existing workflow.
• Site build and generated-site checks; internal guide anchors, all 56 new generated IDs/URLs, and preservation of existing entries.
• git diff --check; no generated output or temporary lint inputs committed.
• Final GET checks on all 56 new URLs: 53 returned HTTP 200. The KVR forum, KVR free-plugin database, and Sonniss archive returned HTTP 403 to automated requests but their primary pages were readable through web retrieval. Those three carry linkStatus: "unknown", not a successful direct-check claim.
