Summary

• Bumps better-auth in examples/tanstack-db-web-starter from 1.4.3 to 1.6.2.
• Updates pnpm lockfile for the patched better-auth release.
• Fixes an existing lint quote violation in the same example so local lint passes.

Addresses Dependabot alerts #593, #357, #730, and #729.
