When a maintainer follows this new manual-deployment path with only the documented ANTHROPIC_KEY, pnpm deploy exits immediately because sst.config.ts also requires SECRET_KEY_BASE, then NEON_PROJECT_ID, NEON_API_KEY, SHARED_INFRA_VPC_ID, and SHARED_INFRA_CLUSTER_ARN before provisioning. Please document the complete environment and credential setup (or link to it) so the replacement for the removed workflow is actually usable.
