Promote Devtron on the website

It seems like many people haven't heard of it yet, which is reasonable given that we don't promote it anywhere.

But we really should promote it!

Yeah, I agree with you. I just installed the tools for an IPC audit, and as a beginner developer, IPC visualization like this is really useful. We can clearly see the flow for specific actions.

How do you think we can promote it?
Maybe add a Devtron section in the Tools navbar. That could redirect to an article or to a different website about the project.

As mentioned in the README, the project is still in progress, so an article might be enough for now. If the project grows, a dedicated website could be created later.

In my opinion, start with an article to promote it, then integrate it into the Tools section.
