leak audio tags in text

Hello
We used V3 Conversational, sometimes audio tags leak onto the text, for example i see tags like this on inside the text: [warmlyly] or any other tags like this
do you have a solution to ignore these tags before sending to the client or does this bug need to be fixed in the SDK?

Hi! I opened #240 to address this.

The change adds Message.transcript for display, removing audio tags from voice-agent messages while preserving the exact server response in Message.content. It also keeps user messages, text-only agent messages, and Markdown links unchanged, with regression coverage for streamed responses and corrections.

Feedback on the API approach is welcome.
