Added functionality, fork and license clarification

Hi,

I found your rocketchat-mcp project and used it as a starting point for a RocketChat integration. It worked well for our needs. Nice!

I've since added some functionality:

• Pagination for complete lists
• Caching to handle rate limits
• Support for private groups and direct messages
• File upload capability
• A bug fix for message fetching across room types

Your repository doesn’t have a LICENSE file. I’d like to publish my version. Would you be okay with me adding an MIT license and publishing it as a fork / referencing you?
