[contrib.glfw3] New version (new extension function) (#28096)

Here are the release notes:

- Added a way to disable autofocus on mouse down
(`emscripten::glfw3::SetFocusOnMouseDown` extension function)

Background (new in 3.5.1.20261028):
Traditionally, on the desktop, the window manager assigns the focus to
the window when the mouse is clicked
within its boundaries. This implementation, by default, replicates this
behavior by automatically focusing the
window (= canvas) when the mouse is clicked (as well as when a touch
event is received) within its boundaries.

You can disable this autofocus behavior by calling:

```cpp
auto window = glfwCreateWindow(...);
emscripten::glfw3::SetFocusOnMouseDown(window, false);
```
