Architecture diagram for the package

Would it be worth sketching up the architecture of this package? This might help users and contributors quickly understand how the various models relate to each other and how data flows through the package. Something similar to the one in EpiEstim is a good start.

Yes I think this would be amazing. @kaitejohnson as you have recently got up to speed with everything perhaps this might be something you would be keen/a good fit for? In terms of the technical how I am thinking of this being a mermai diagram which the various LLMs are very good at making from some nested bullet points.

Sure, though I truly hate the formatting in mermaid diagrams (last time I used them, they still didn't support latex/markdown?)
Perhaps I am out of touch. Is the EpiEstim one a mermaid diagram?

Nice. Sorry I more meant use whatever you want but you could use mermaid. Point and click interfaces make me want to cry but I assume that is a me issue.

There's many good vector format options out there: figma, draw.io, etc.
